My objective is to help your company become more successful and to help you, as company owner, to realise your goals. These can be small scale goals, such as how best to launch a new product line, or the bigger questions such as "are we going in the right direction as a business?". Typically I provide interactive, board level, workshops to start the process of strategic marketing management. The output will be a clearly documented plan to move forward. I can also help with the implementation of that plan if required by, for example, running a specific function such as new business development or marketing communications.

Your business may not be able to justify hiring an experienced marketing manager full time. So, instead, you can hire me to fill that role for as much effort as you need and for as long as you need.  Most customers find that it makes more sense to hire me for, say, two days a month, than to have an inexperienced marketing manager full time.  I can help you to become more effective and efficient as a business in a way that someone without my depth of experience would struggle to equal.   And I can do it as part of your team... not simply by being a third party offering advice... I will roll my sleeves up and get my hands dirty.
